For you to enjoy your dream holiday at Lamondis to the full, we have summarised the most important holiday information from A to Z for you.
Arrival and departure
Your flat is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Our flats are usually rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. If you prefer a short stay, simply send us a non-binding enquiry. We would be happy to make you a personalised offer.
Bed linen and towels
We provide towels and bed linen free of charge and change them after one week – more are available on request for a small extra charge.
Final and intermediate cleaning
Final cleaning is already included in the price. Would you like an intermediate cleaning? No problem. On request, we will clean your flat (excluding the kitchen) in between for a small extra charge. We are also happy to change the linen on request and for a fee. Then you can really enjoy your holiday in a relaxed way.
Pets
Although we love animals, out of consideration for the other guests, pets are not allowed in our flats. Thank you for your understanding.
Kitchen equipment
The flats have fully equipped kitchenettes with ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher with dishwasher tabs, filter coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and toaster. Plates, cutlery, pans and pots as well as washing-up liquid and tea towels are provided.
Mobilcard
For the duration of your stay, we will provide you with the Mobilcard Südtirol, with which you can use all public transport for free.
Reservation
The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit of 2 daily rates. After receipt of the deposit, we will confirm your booking, which is binding from that moment on.
Local tax
A local tax is payable throughout South Tyrol. This amounts to 2,50 € per night for travellers over 14 years of age.
Travel cancellation insurance
Better safe than sorry. If you are delayed or unable to start your booked holiday at Lamondis, or if you have to leave early, cancellation fees may be incurred. In order to protect yourself in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation conditions
Anything can happen before the start of a journey. Please understand that we will charge you a fee in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival are free of charge. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 50 percent of the agreed price of your stay. If you cancel your holiday less than 14 days before arrival, we will charge you 90 percent of the total amount of your booked break.
Smokers
Our building is strictly non-smoking. We therefore request that you only smoke on the balcony.
WIFI
All flats have WIFI which you can be used free of charge.
Payment options
We accept debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Eurocard). You are also welcome to pay your bill in cash or by bank transfer. Please note that the full amount for your stay must be paid before departure. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in Italy, cash payments are only legally permitted up to a maximum of 2,999.99 €. Non-EU citizens are exempt from this regulation.
